Rob from Earl's Remodeling does GREAT work.  He was very professional and worked with us through every step of the job.  I have never worked with anyone so careful and neat .  Would definitely recommend.

Rob Cranich, of Earl’s Remodeling, has done work in our home since 2004, and we’ve found him to be a skilled carpenter whose skill level defies his age. He has a strong work ethic paying attention to detail. Rob started working with his uncle, who was remodeling our kitchen, and then helped with the entryway and den projects.

Rob then took over Earl’s Remodeling from his uncle who retired. Rob continued with our home’s remodeling projects, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dining room and living room.
His work culminated with a 920 square foot addition to our house. It included a basement, first floor solarium, master bedroom, bathroom and laundry area, and a second floor expansion.

We are extremely pleased with Rob’s work and our new home.

Rob Crancich has done a lot of work on my home.  He has remodeled two bathrooms; he has done some work on the outside of my home; and most recently  he completely remodeled my entire basement.
The rooms he worked on first were the main bathroom on the first floor and the small bathroom in the basement.  The main bathroom is small.  Plus, I knew I was going to have hip replacement surgery in the near future.  Now this small bathroom looks bigger because of his suggestions.  I knew I wanted to replace the bathtub with a shower, but I needed a seat in the shower.  So he installed a seat on the back wall of the shower that folds down when in use.  The floor tile was installed in a diamond pattern which makes the room look bigger.  The results were perfect and made my hip rehab much easier.  The small bathroom in the basement also came out beautifully.
The next time he worked on my house, the work was primarily on the outside, mostly to improve the curb appeal.  There were large cracks in the cement bases of the front and back porches.  He filled the cracks with cement and completely went over the bases with new cement.  The cracks are gone.  He also improved the roof of the front porch.
Most recently he remodeled my basement.  There are 4 rooms down there.  The 3 smallest rooms are a storage room, workroom, and laundry room.  Those 3 rooms needed new floors and needed to be painted. Rob arranged for the floors to have an epoxy finish.  Compared to what they used to look like, they are vastly improved.
The largest of the basement rooms he transformed into a craft area and a sitting area.  Drywall had to be hung, lighting needed to be installed; a new floor needed to be installed; the fireplace needed to be completely redone.   He had obstacles to overcome as he remodeled the space: there is a low ceiling; there is ductwork hanging down from the ceiling making some areas even lower; there were only 2 sets of lights one of which did not work; there were only 2 electrical outlets in the room.  Now the room is wonderful.  There is a lot of lighting and many more electrical outlets; the fireplace is gorgeous; and he even created a sliding barn door he made from reclaimed barn wood to cover the entrance to the small storage space.  The fireplace and the barn door have both gotten rave reviews from my friends and relatives.
Rob’s exceptional organizational and planning skills combined with his amazing creativity made these projects very successful as well as spectacular.

I first met Rob Crancich in 2009, when he was recommended to me for some construction work by a friend whose family was satisfied with his work. Since then, Rob and I have collaborated on well over $300,000 worth of various projects.
The first project we worked on together was a small remodeling project for my church. The work went well and both the congregation and I were quite satisfied. This small project was the beginning of a six year construction relationship between Rob and me for a large expansion and remodeling project for the same church. Over that time, Rob has exhibited the type of reliable professional approach to his work that all architects and construction managers hope to experience.

One of Rob’s strong suits is his dedication to work that is as close to perfection as possible. He is also very honest and reliable concerning time and cost estimations for his work. In addition, he communicates very well when schedule, budget, and finish questions arise during the course of a project. It is important to note that Rob has done work for me in my home and I have recommended him to close friends for work in their homes.
In short, I give Rob my highest recommendation for any type of construction work. In addition, I am happy to talk to anybody who is considering using Rob for a construction project about his qualifications.
